Shipping and Delivery
Online orders - COVID-19 update
Two Islands orders and deliveries are temporarily unavailable in Australia.
Two Islands is able to fulfil and process order at this time, however, to prevent higher than normal shipping costs to customers we are unable to deliver orders to Australia until the lockdown period in New Zealand has been lifted. New Zealand Post has announced that to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 many flights have been suspended, reduced or cut to affected regions. Two Islands apologises for any inconvenience. We will keep you, our valued customer, up to date should there be any changes in our ability to deliver orders to Australian customers.
Orders dispatched before 30 March, 2020 are currently in transit to their Australian destinations. If your order has been delayed, we recommend that you monitor your delivery via the tracking details found in your shipping confirmation email, as well as sign up for ‘delivery updates’ to get automatic updates for your order.
