1 serve Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Powder
1 tablespoon honey
Toppings of choice (This recipe used strawberries, cacao nibs, and chopped nuts)
Mix the yoghurt, honey, protein powder and collagen powder until combined really well.
- Line a slice tin or large shallow container with baking paper and pour the yoghurt mix in.
- Spread the yoghurt mix out depending on how thick you want your bark to be.
- Sprinkle toppings over the bark and place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. The bark keeps well if stored in a freezer bag.
