1 cup finely chopped cocoa butter
1 1/2 cups Two Islands vanilla coconut protein
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt

1. Melt cocoa butter in microwave

2. Once melted, stir in Two Islands vanilla coconut protein, maple syrup and salt

3. Pour into mould of choice

4. Place in the freezer to set
