Vanilla, coconut and blueberry oats

1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands vanilla & coconut protein powder 
1 serving (10 grams) Two Islands collagen beauty powder
1/2 cup organic steel cut oats
1-2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut threads

  1. In a saucepan on a low heat cook the oats in the coconut milk stirring until desired consistency is reached 
  2. Add in the blueberries and coconut threads, stir until blueberries are cooked through (1-2 mins)
  3. Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in Two Islands vanilla & coconut protein as well as the Two Islands vanilla collagen beauty powder
  4. If it is too thick add more coconut milk, top with your favourite toppings and serve.

Optional – Soak oats overnight in coconut milk, this way they are thicker and creamier.
