10 grams (1 scoop) Two Islands Pineapple & Coconut Collagen
12.5 grams (1 scoop) Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein
1 Tablespoon greens powder or handful of spinach
Handful of frozen mango
1/2 small frozen banana
Handful of ice
1/4 cup yoghurt of choice
Water or your choice of milk
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend till smoothie and enjoy.
