Base: 
1 cup almond or oat flour 
1/4-1/3 cup maple syrup, add more if needed
60g peanut butter 

Caramel:  
1 1/2 cup dates 
1 serving, 25g, Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
60g peanut butter 
Pinch of salt 
1 cup raw salted peanuts 

Topping:  
100g dark chocolate 

  1. For the base, mix almond flour, peanut butter, and 1/4 cup maple syrup, add more if needed, mix until well combined and holds its shape when pressed

  2. Line a rectangular tin approximately 7 x 5 inches with baking paper

  3. Transfer base mixture into tin distribute the base evenly and press firmly, place in freezer or fridge for 1-2 hours

  4. For the caramel place dates, Two Island protein powder, peanut butter and salt into a blender, mix until you get a smooth consistency

  5. Transfer the caramel into a bowl and add the raw salted peanuts into the mixture

  6. Transfer the caramel into the tin and let set for another 2 hours

  7. When the two hours is nearly up, melt the dark chocolate using the double boiler method or in the microwave

  8. Remove the tin from the freezer and cut into 5-6 bars

  9. Using a spoon cover the top of the bars with the melted chocolate and leave to cool

  10. Enjoy!
