Salted Caramel Fudge Bites

Set for 2-3 hours in freezer
⅓ cup cashew butter
½ cup smooth peanut butter
5 tbsp coconut oil
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 scoops (50g) Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
Sea salt flakes


  1. Add all ingredients except for Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder and sea salt to a pot on low heat and whisk until ingredients have combined and coconut oil has melted.

  2. Once smooth, take off heat and whisk in the Salted Caramel Protein Powder until mixed and combined.
  3. Pour into your mould of choice, a silicone baking mould is ideal as it gets the fudge out nicely. I used a silicone baking mould that had 6 mini loaf cavities.
  4. Place in freezer to set and once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in a container in the fridge.
