½ cup smooth peanut butter
5 tbsp coconut oil
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 scoops (50g) Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
Sea salt flakes
Add all ingredients except for Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder and sea salt to a pot on low heat and whisk until ingredients have combined and coconut oil has melted.
- Once smooth, take off heat and whisk in the Salted Caramel Protein Powder until mixed and combined.
- Pour into your mould of choice, a silicone baking mould is ideal as it gets the fudge out nicely. I used a silicone baking mould that had 6 mini loaf cavities.
- Place in freezer to set and once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in a container in the fridge.
