Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Bites

Dry:
1 cup blanched almond flour 
1 serving, 25g, Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
Pinch of salt 
½-1 teaspoon stevia, or sweetener of choice 
¼-⅓ cup chopped chocolate


Wet:
¼ cup runny almond butter 
2 tablespoons almond milk, or milk of your choice 
2 tablespoons thick plain yogurt

 

  1. Stir together the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl, fold in the dry ingredients
  1. After combining, the mixture should come together into a pretty soft and cohesive dough. Taste and add a tad more sweetener/pea protein or salt if desired, fold in the chocolate
  1. Use a 1-2 tbsp scoop to form the balls, or simply roll them with your hands Top with flaky salt if desired, pop in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours to firm up
