Protein Banana Bread

2 eggs 
2 bananas 
1 1/2 cups almond flour 
1 serving Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/3 cup olive oil 
1/3 cup almond milk 
Optional add-ins: handful walnuts, berries or chocolate chunk

  1. Blend eggs, banana, vanilla, olive oil and almond milk until smooth.

  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and optional add-ins.

  3. Combine both mixtures and pour into a lined loaf tin.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.

  5. Slice, eat and enjoy!
