Peanut Butter Jelly Protein Balls

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon peanut butter⁣ 
tablespoon maple syrup⁣ 
tablespoon plant milk⁣ 
1/2 tsp vanilla⁣ 
1/2 cup coconut flour⁣ 
1 scoop Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder ⁣ 
1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds⁣ 
Jam, of your choice for the filling


  1. Mix all ingredients up in a bowl, leaving out the jam, if it's too dry add a dash more milk. 

  2. Pop in the mixture fridge for 10 minutes then roll out into balls. 

  3. Split each ball in half, press a tiny hole, add a tiny amount of jam in the centre, too much and it will all squirt out!

  4. Press the halves together and reroll, this bits a bit messy but worth it!

  5. Store in the fridge or freezer.
