Peanut Butter Jelly Porridge

Porridge 
½ cup whole oats 
½ cup water 
1 cup milk of choice (I use soy milk) 
1 tbsp ground flax meal 
1 serving, 25 grams, Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp peanut butter 
Extra fruit for topping 
  
Chia Berry Jam 
1/3 cup frozen or fresh berries of choice 
1 tbsp chia seeds 
1 tbsp water
  1. Place your oats along with the water in a pot over medium heat. Once the water is absorbed add your milk and flax meal and stir for around 10 minutes until cooked.
  1. While the porridge is cooking in a separate pot, make your chia jam by placing the berries, chia seeds and water and cook until combined, this should only take around 5 minutes.
  1. Once your porridge is cooked add the peanut butter protein and stir through. Add the porridge to a bowl along with the chia jam, peanut butter and fruit.
