3 tablespoons almond milk
2 tablespoons almond meal
2 tablespoons Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter + extra for serving
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Lightly oil the inside of a mug or ramekin.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except for chocolate chips.
Fold chocolate chips through the batter.
Pour batter into mug and microwave for 1 minute. If still not completely cooked then heat for another 30 seconds.
Drizzle extra peanut butter over top and serve with coconut yoghurt and berries.
