1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands peanut butter protein
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
30g chia seeds
Peanut butter + coconut yoghurt for serving (optional)
1. Blend banana, coconut milk and protein powder together in a blender.
2. Pour mixture into a jar.
3. Mix in the chia seeds and leave for 30 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally so the chia doesn’t
bind together ( can get lumpy if not stirred).
4. Add toppings and enjoy.
