Peanut Butter Banana Bread Balls

¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
½ large spotty banana, mashed
3 tbsp Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
Pinch or two of salt (add to taste if PB isn’t already salted)

 

  1. Stir together the mashed banana and peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Add the Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder. The resulting mixture will be a little soft but should be cohesive and dough-like.
  3. Stir in the chopped walnuts and chocolate before rolling together 6-7 balls.
  4. Set in the fridge for 1 hour or until nicely firmed up.
