Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter

2 cups roasted and unsalted peanuts
1 serving, 25 grams, Two Islands Chocolate Protein Powder
85 grams melted and slightly cooled dark chocolate, Dana used 72% Whittakers Dark Ghana
Pinch of salt
1-2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, optional

  1. Add peanuts to a food processor or blender, and blend until they resemble fine breadcrumbs

  2. Add Two Islands chocolate protein powder, salt and cooled melted chocolate. Blend until you’ve reached your desired peanut butter consistency – crunchy or smooth. Depending on your appliance, you may need to add 1-2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil to assist in blending and ensuring it’s smooth

  3. Store in an airtight and sterilised jar. If the peanut butter solidifies, simply place the jar in a bowl of hot water to melt oils and stir
