Double Choc Chip Cookies

3/4 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder 
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted vegan butter, Nicky used Nuttelex 
Vegan dark chocolate chips

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c and line a tray with baking paper

  2. In a medium bowl mix flour and protein powder together

  3. Using a rubber spatula, stir and fold the butter + maple syrup until well combined

  4. Add chocolate chips into the mixture

  5. Spoon mixture evenly into 9 round balls and press with a fork to flatten

  6. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges appear golden brown

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet

  8. Enjoy!
