1 cup oats or ground almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
¼ cup dark chocolate, chopped

Blend the oats/ground almonds and coconut together until a flour consistency is formed and starting to bind slightly

Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate and blend until well combined

In a bowl mix in chopped chocolate

Roll into balls
