1/2 cup jam
1.5 cups frozen raspberries
1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
Cream cheese, or cream cheese alternative
Bagels of your choice
- Heat the raspberries in a small saucepan until the berries start to break down
- Add the chia seeds and honey and turn the heat down to low
- Stir regularly for 10 minutes then add the protein powder and allow to cool
- Spread cream cheese onto toasted bagels then drop dollops of chia seed jam on top and spread.
