1 cup of frozen blueberries 
½ cup frozen banana 
1/3 cup coconut milk 
¼ cup coconut yogurt 
2 tablespoons almond butter 
1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder, or you could opt for the Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder 
2 Medjool dates 
1 serve, 10g, Two Islands Unflavoured Collagen Beauty Powder
Small handful of ice 
 
Toppings
Drizzle of maple syrup
Shredded coconut 
Granola, Ruby's favourite is pure delish ‘raspberry no-grainola’
Nut butter of choice

1. Place all the measured smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy

2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings
