15 energy balls
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
120g dried apricots
50g pitted dates, soaked in boiling water
1 Serve, 25g, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
- Blend oats to a fine flour
- Add in all other ingredients to your blender and mix until a bliss ball mixture forms. Be patient, the higher power your blender the better and quicker though!
- Roll into balls and pop in the fridge to set for an hour or 2 before eating
- Store in the fridge
