1 cup self-racing flour
⅓ cup Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
Pinch of Salt
2 very ripe large bananas mashed with a fork
⅓ cup non-dairy milk
⅓ cup melted Vegan Butter
½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
Pinch of Salt

½ cup peanut butter
- Pre-heat oven to 180° C.
- Combine flour, Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder, raw cacao, salt in one bowl.
- Blend banana, milk, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter.
- Pour wet mixture into the flour and stir until just combined.
- Pour mixture into mini muffin tins about ¾ full.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy.
