Baked Protein Oat Muffins

45g oats
50g banana
1/2 cup almond milk
Splash of vanilla essence 
25g Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 egg


In a blender add in all ingredients and blend until combined. Pre heat oven to 180 deg - in a silicone muffin tray or mini loaf tin, pour in mixture and bake for 12 mins or until golden. Serve with berry chia jam.
